Focus: IP and technology transfer of all kinds, i.e. licensing, research and development, joint ventures; structuring of business models; M&A.

Publishes regularly, e.g. as co-author of the copyright commentary by Wandtke/Bullinger. One of Germany’s best lawyers for VC according to Handelsblatt Ranking 2017. Recognized by “Best Lawyers” as Lawyer of the Year 2021 for Technology Law in Berlin.
