Many years of experience as a lawyer in major international law firms, including King & Wood Mallesons (previously SJ Berwin) and Herbert Smith Freehills.
Focus: Company acquisitions and sales and ongoing advice on corporate law. Special experience also in proptech/real estate related transactions.
